As the name suggests this range is from a set of 109 barrels set aside for bottling, and true to form this is one unique batch of brandy a true gem.
The Makers say:
NOSE: Chocolate, dried fruit, sweet prunes, nuttiness and spice.
TASTE: Rich round, full smooth and soft in the mouth with sweet chocolate and fruitcake.
FINISH: Smooth, soft and lingering, creamy
Master Yack says:
This is a rich full bodied brandy, similarly to the full figured woman who becomes oh so popular during the winter rich and warm.
NOSE: Ripe fruits, with spicy notes and undertone of almonds
PALATE: Milk chocolate and Christmas brandy pudding
FINISH: Smooth and creamy
This is definitely one to accompany dessert, neat and in a snifter
